This marks a major milestone in the company’s AI-first strategy aimed at simplifying finance and delivering intelligent, hyper-personalized experiences across its digital ecosystem.
Aditya Birla Capital Expands AI Capabilities Across the Enterprise
Among the earliest adopters of AI in the Indian financial sector, Aditya Birla Capital established its enterprise-wide Gen AI Centre of Excellence in 2023 to develop scalable AI applications.
In just 18 months, the company successfully deployed over 22 live Gen AI use cases, driving measurable impact on customer experience, engagement, productivity, and operational efficiency.

The company introduced Gen AI Assist tools – including Sales Assist, Service Assist, Audit Assist, and Marketing Assist – to integrate AI capabilities across all business functions. These tools are designed to empower employees with AI-based training, automate workflows, and enhance customer interactions.
Furthermore, Agentic AI applications are now embedded across critical stages such as onboarding, underwriting, and claims management to reduce turnaround times and operational costs. Gen AI-powered voice bots are transforming tele-sales and retention journeys, strengthening scalability and cost efficiency.
Recognition for Global AI Leadership
Aditya Birla Capital’s early and effective adoption of Generative AI has earned the company notable global recognition, including a place among Microsoft’s Top 50 Early Adopters in Gen AI at IGNITE 2024, USA, and the Global Celent Model Bank Award 2025 for excellence in Gen AI implementation.

At the event, Aditya Birla Capital presented several innovative solutions under its ABCD platform:
- SimpliFi: Personal Finance Assistant – A suite of seven AI-driven tools that deliver personalized market insights, portfolio analysis, and goal-based recommendations.
- Protection Amplified – A health-first initiative offering customers holistic protection, including health-tracking, discounts, personal insurance, and digital legacy planning.
- ConseQuest – An interactive life-simulation game that gamifies financial education and awareness.

Transformational Business Model and Digital Growth
In line with its ‘One ABC, One P&L’ strategy, Aditya Birla Capital has created an integrated business architecture focusing on “One Customer, One Experience, One Team.”
It has built three major digital platforms – Udyog Plus (B2B for MSMEs), ABCD (D2C), and Stellar (B2D) – to strengthen engagement, productivity, and acquisition. The ABCD app now serves 6.4 million customers, while Udyog Plus has registered 2.4 million users with an AUM of ₹3,658 crore.
Sustained Financial Growth
- From FY22 to FY25, Aditya Birla Capital demonstrated consistent growth across all verticals.
- NBFC and Housing Finance lending book grew at a 33% CAGR, rising from ₹67,185 crore to ₹1,57,404 crore.
- Health and Life Insurance gross premium increased at a 23% CAGR, from ₹13,867 crore to ₹25,579 crore.
- Total AUM expanded from ₹3,70,618 crore to ₹5,11,260 crore.
- Consolidated PAT surged from ₹1,545 crore to ₹3,142 crore, while revenue nearly doubled from ₹23,456 crore to ₹47,369 crore.
- Operating profit (PBT) doubled from ₹2,666 crore in FY22 to ₹5,475 crore in FY25.
